Greater Essex Counseling Services, LLC, located in downtown Newark, provides patient oriented programming Mondays through Saturdays. GECS offers two treatment program tracks: Outpatient Drug & Alcohol Counseling (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. GECS also offers Anger Management group sessions which meets the requirements of the New Jersey State Mandate. The staff at Greater Essex are committed to providing family oriented treatment while sustaining a exceptional standard of care.
